The Aji Confusion gets its name from its unpredictable shape. Every pod is a little different: bell-shaped, droopy, sometimes with a pointed tail. You never quite know what you're going to get, and that's the fun of it. The color is a beautiful creamy white when ripe.
A mutation of the Aji Fantasy White with sweet, fruity, slightly tart flavor and citrusy notes. The heat is moderate and approachable. Great for snacking, salads, salsas, and fresh eating. One of the more unique-looking peppers in our catalog.
