Refund and Replacement Policy


All refund and replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email us at atomicpepperseeds@gmail.com with your order number.


What We Will Refund or Replace


- Wrong item shipped: if we sent you the wrong variety, we will make it right with a refund or replacement.

- Cross-pollination: if your seeds produce plants that are clearly not true to the labeled variety, contact us. Our seeds are grown in isolation tents with a 96% isolation rate, but if something slips through, we want to know about it.


Refunds are for the purchase amount of the affected item(s) only. Shipping costs are not refundable.


What We Cannot Refund


- Germination issues: too many factors outside our control affect germination (soil, temperature, moisture, timing, technique). We stand behind our seed quality, but we cannot guarantee germination results. - Plant growth or harvest outcomes: pepper growing depends on your climate, soil, care, and season. We cannot refund based on how plants perform after germination.
