Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our farm in Polk, Nebraska via USPS.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. During peak season (January through May), it may occasionally take a day or two longer when order volume is high. We do our best to get your seeds out the door fast.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses.

Orders under 5 lbs: $4.90 flat rate (Standard)

Orders 5 to 70 lbs: $19.90 flat rate (Standard)

Most seed orders are well under 5 lbs, so the majority of customers pay $4.90 for shipping.

Delivery times depend on your location and USPS service speeds, but most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders ship via USPS international services.

Please note:

International delivery times vary by destination, typically 2 to 4 weeks.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping price.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Some countries restrict the import of plant seeds. It is your responsibility to check your country's import regulations before ordering.

Tracking

Every domestic order ships with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been packed and labeled. If you do not see a tracking update within a few days of that email, USPS may still be scanning the package into their system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, reach out to us at atomicpepperseeds@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with you to make it right.
