The Peach Ghost Pepper is a color variant of the classic Bhut Jolokia that ripens to a beautiful pale orange-peach instead of red. The flavor is smoother and less smoky than the traditional red ghost, with more fruity sweetness up front before the signature ghost pepper burn kicks in.
Wrinkled, pointy pods with firm flesh that's slightly crunchier than other ghost pepper varieties. The peach color makes for beautiful hot sauces and the flavor profile is a favorite among sauce makers who want ghost pepper heat without the heavy smokiness.
