We can't say enough about this pepper. The Purple Taj Mahal is flat-out stunning. Deep purple pods that look almost too beautiful to eat, but you should eat them, because the flavor is incredible. Fruity with a touch of floral, and the heat is legit superhot territory.
This variety is considered unstable, meaning the pods will vary in shape from plant to plant. We think that makes it more interesting, not less. Every plant gives you something a little different. One of the most visually striking peppers in our entire catalog.
