The White Ghost Pepper (White Bhut Jolokia) is one of the rarest color variants of the legendary ghost pepper. Creamy white pods with the same extreme heat, over 1 million SHU. The flavor is fruity, citrusy, and sometimes slightly bitter. Pendant-shaped pods, 1.5-2 inches long.
The white color makes for visually stunning hot sauces and the rarity makes this a collector's variety. Not the easiest ghost pepper to grow, but worth the effort for the unique color and bragging rights.
