The flavor is tangy, fruity, and sweet with a heat level comparable to a jalapeno. The heat comes on fast but fades quickly. Perfect for salsas, salads, pickling, and anyone who wants an unusual pepper that's not going to melt their face off. Plants grow over 4 feet tall and may need support.
