The Red Fatalii is the red variant of the legendary Fatalii pepper from Central Africa. Same incredible citrusy flavor the Fatalii family is famous for, but in a deep red color instead of the traditional yellow. Thin-walled, pointed, elongated pods that pack serious heat.
At 125K to 400K SHU, the Red Fatalii isn't as extreme as our superhots, but the flavor-to-heat ratio is one of the best of any pepper we sell. Sweet, fruity, and citrusy with notes of lemon and lime. Outstanding for salsas, hot sauces, and drying into powder.
