The T-Rex Red is a hybrid of the 7 Pot Douglah and Bhutlah peppers. Gnarly, twisted, contorted pods with stingers that look like something from the Jurassic era. The heat is extreme and immediate, ranging from 1.3 to over 1.5 million SHU. It hits fast and hard.
High-yielding plants produce plenty of these wild-looking red pods. The flesh has a fruity underlying flavor, though the heat can overwhelm it. Dries well for powders. A must-grow for collectors who want something that looks as fierce as it tastes.
