A cross between a Brain Strain and a Dorset Naga, the Naga Brain is one of the wildest looking peppers you'll ever grow. The "brain like" wrinkled, bumpy texture is unmistakable. Pick one up and you'll see exactly where the name comes from.
The flavor is complex for a superhot: fruity, floral, with earthy and tangy notes that come through before the extreme heat takes over. Pods ripen from green to red and can get 2 to 3 inches long. Excellent for hot sauces where you want serious heat with real depth.
