Bubble gum refers to the bleeding calyx (where the stem meets the pepper) on the pepper. The color of the pepper bleeds up the stem. Really a neat effect. These are a medium pepper. The plants are 4 to 5 ft and are a medium producer. The heat is medium for a super hot.
