The 7 Pot Mustard brings a different color to the 7 Pot family. These pods ripen to a beautiful mustard-yellow to dark olive green, and the flavor is noticeably different from the red: more complex, with fruity, earthy, and smoky notes layered together.
From Trinidad, like all 7 Pots, and still carries the same superhot heat. Often considered slightly less intense than the red varieties, but "slightly less" still means it will ruin your day if you're not prepared. One of the most flavorful 7 Pot color variants.
