A cross between the Carolina Reaper and Chocolate Nagabrain, created by Brian Seal. The Beast lives up to its name. Gnarly, bumpy, wicked-looking pods with thick walls that ripen to a vibrant red. The heat ramps up fast and focuses on the tongue and back of the throat.

The flavor is surprisingly complex for how aggressive the heat is. Fruity, citrusy, and smoky undertones shine through if you can handle the burn long enough to notice them. Pods can get 3 inches long and 2 inches wide. Great for sauces where you want both heat and flavor depth.
